Herbal products

Our herb garden is a place of beautiful, bursting diversity, where there are constantly flowers opening, and honey bees happily congregating. Heather is our resident family herbalist, having completed her year-long training with L’Herbotheque. We grow over 40 different medicinal plants for fresh use, as well as to transform into herbal teas. Bakery

Jenna loves making cakes, the fancier the better.  In 2010 she joined the West Island Cake Club and started attending workshops to improve her caking. Organic Vegetables

Fresh Organic Vegetables We love vegetables, and hope you do too!  We grow over 150 varieties of common favorites, with a few less common veggies thrown in for good measure. Our vegetables are certified organic by Ecocert Canada. Ecocert is an international certifying body that visits our farm at least once a year to ensure that the Canadian law on organics is being followed. The Farmers

Eby Heller Eby coordinates the CSA for the cooperative, as well as manages our marketing and finances. She is also an amazing weeder and has a particular affinity for shoveling manure.
