Herbal products

Our herb garden is a place of beautiful, bursting diversity, where there are constantly flowers opening, and honey bees happily congregating. Heather is our resident family herbalist, having completed her year-long training with L’Herbotheque.

DSCN3090We grow over 40 different medicinal plants for fresh use, as well as to transform into herbal teas. A few of the tastiest tonic tea plants end up in the veggie baskets each year, such as lemonbalm and anis-hyssop. Mostly, though, Heather dries her herbal harvest and combines them by taste and properties to make the following selection of tea blends.

All blends are $6 for 30g and can be ordered by emailing heather@fermeauxchampsquichantent.com. Individual herbs, tinctures or specific blends are available by request.  We also supply a tisanerie in Montreal with bulk herbs.  Why not stop by La tisanerie Mandala and ask for herbs from La ferme coop aux champs qui chantent!
