Serves 4

2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) toasted sesame oil
1 tsp (5 mL) liquid honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup (250 mL) edamame
1 cup (250 mL) diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained

Lightly steam edamame in shells. Remove shells when cool enough to touch. In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and garlic until blended. Stir in edamame, red pepper and corn.
